There will be a public meeting on January 12, 2023 to review plans for the “5 Corners” proposed development at Packard, South State, and Arch Streets (currently the site of Jack’s Hardware). The property owner is proposing to modify the existing C1A/R zoning to PUD to construct a 6 to 14-story apartment building (with attendant parking) containing approximately 360 dwellings in a mixture of 1,2,3 & 4 bedroom units. A postcard was sent to nearby residents, which I have copied below, along with the text.
According to the postcard, development petitions will be submitted to the City’s planning department on or about January 24th 2023
