Council Caucus on Sunday nights

Note: During the COVID-19 crisis, Council Caucus has been meeting electronically with the Zoom application. CTN has been unable to provide a video link, but call-in numbers for public comment are available.

The next Caucus meeting will be Sunday, April 4th, 2021 at 6pm (note new earlier start time)

In March 2019, City Council resumed the tradition of “Council Caucus” on Sunday nights. I am excited about this opportunity for additional open, public conversation around the issues that matter to you!

Council Caucus
Sunday nights before Council Meetings (6:00-8:00 PM) NOTE NEW START TIME
City Hall 2nd Floor
301 E Huron St
(During the COVID-19 crisis, these meetings are held via Zoom)

 

Agenda:

  • Public comment general time. (Three minutes, no need to signup in advance and speakers will be assigned in the order of arrival.)
  • Discussion, primarily topics on the next day’s Council agenda.

More Information:

  • One or more council members will be present for each caucus.
  • Children welcome. (Books and crayons provided.)

Council Caucus was resumed on Sunday Mar 3, 2019 and was well attended. Assuming continued public interest, the caucus sessions will continue every Sunday night before scheduled Council meetings.
