Public engagement meetings are planned to share information and receive feedback about the rezoning of Stadium Boulevard and part of Pauline Boulevard to TC1 (Transit Corridor). Ward 4 residents in the vicinity of Pauline/Stadium/Maple received a postcard with details – I have attached images at the bottom of this post. This notice is sent to all owners, residents, and tenants of the parcels inside and extending 1,000 feet from the area evaluated for rezoning to TC1 in the area of Stadium Boulevard.
Please join us at one of two upcoming public meetings to share information and receive feedback about rezoning approximately 200 parcels in the West Stadium Boulevard area to TC1. The TC1 district is a high-density, mixed-use zoning district intended for parcels on and in walking distance to existing transit corridors.
