From the survey:
The Michigan Daily exists to inform the University of Michigan and the Ann Arbor communities. We strive to uphold impartiality, fairness, and the complete truth, and we are committed to holding the powerful accountable. We aim to serve the county in the best way possible, and we want to hear from you about how we can most equitably cover our community.
To help us achieve our goals and do journalism that betters our community, we will be holding focus groups to hear from Ann Arbor community members and inform our coverage of city issues. Your participation will give our publication’s leadership insight into what issues are impacting residents and what you would like to see more coverage of. These groups will likely last between 45 minutes and an hour. Please fill out this form if you are interested, and a member of The Daily’s Outreach team will contact you with more information.
