The City mailed a survey to residents along the Scio Church Service Drive on June 29, 2020 – the due date to return the survey is July 24th, 2020.
I posted about this resident-requested traffic calming project previously:
Re: One-Year Follow-Up Survey for Traffic Calming installed on Scio Church Service Drive (S. Seventh – Chaucer)
Following a resident initiated petition the City of Ann Arbor engaged with the Scio Church Service Drive neighbors during early 2019 in a Traffic Calming Project. The outcome of the engagement resulted in the residents being in favor of constructing traffic calming devices which were installed during the Summer of 2019.
Approximately one year has passed since the installation of these devices on Scio Church Service Drive. This included two speed humps and one raised crosswalk between S. Seventh and Chaucer. Please use the enclosed survey card to provide feedback indicating your level of satisfaction toward the traffic calming installation.
The goal of this survey is to gather both positive feedback and also any outstanding concerns pertaining to the traffic calming devices installed. Your feedback will help us to better inform other neighborhoods about the level of satisfaction and concerns after traffic calming device installation.
Please complete the enclosed postcard to share your feedback. We request that survey cards be postmarked by July 24, 2020. Survey results will be posted on the Scio Church Service Drive Project page which can be located at a2gov.org/TrafficCalming
We appreciate your time, interest and effort with this project. If you have any questions, please contact Engineering at 734-794-6429 or by email at TrafficCalming@a2gov.org
