Notice of Temporary Traffic Control Plan:
South Maple Road between Pennsylvania Avenue and Pauline Boulevard
Monday Aug 9th 9AM – Monday Aug 16th 9AM
Location and Limits of Affected Area:
South Maple Road between Pennsylvania Avenue and Pauline Boulevard.
Description of Work:
Site Development, on behalf of Avalon Housing, will be occupying South Maple Road to complete the final pavement restoration for the Hickory Way Apartments development.
Temporary Traffic Control Plan:
Beginning at 9 AM Monday, Aug. 9, 2021, northbound South Maple Road traffic will be detoured to eastbound Pauline Boulevard, then northbound Stadium Boulevard, then westbound Liberty Street, back to South Maple Road. Southbound traffic will be detoured to eastbound Liberty Street, then southbound Stadium Boulevard, then westbound Pauline Boulevard, back to South Maple Road.
Local access to businesses and driveways will be maintained at all times. Pedestrian traffic on both sides of the road will be maintained. Emergency vehicles will need to follow the detour.
For the safety of all, please reduce speeds and drive cautiously through the construction area. The city thanks motorists in advance for their patience.
