The State and Hill Streets Improvements Project is a composite of several identified Capital Improvements Plan (CIP) projects including:
State Street
- Water main consolidation; S. University to Hill and Dewey to Granger
- Resurfacing; S. University to Packard and Hoover to Granger
- Separated two-way bike facility
- Crosswalk and lighting improvements, S. University to Granger
Hill Street
Water main replacement; Fifth Ave. to State Street
Resurfacing; Fifth Ave. to Church Street
- Safety improvements; Fifth Ave. to Forest Avenue
