The developer of 950 Greene St (also known as 151 E Hoover) has filed an updated site plan with the City. Two landmark trees were damaged during construction and are proposed to be replaced by planting an additional 25 trees on-site.

950 Greene (also known as 151 E. Hoover) is a mulitfamily project that obtained site plan approval in September 2019. Project is currently under construction. Petitioner is proposing to plant 25 additional trees on site due to the mitigation of two (2) landmark trees. Petitioner is submitting for a revision to the previously approved Natural Features Protection and/or Mitigation Plan.

If this project is placed on an agenda for the City Planning Commission, the City of Ann Arbor will notice residents and property owners within 300 ft. of the above address.
